38 weeks+2 days.

Went to L&D Friday at 2pm for consistent contractions plus there was a snowstorm coming and my OB was only on call for the weekend.

Got checked, was only 2cm dilated but was still have consistent contractions so he decided to keep me.

5pm I get moved to my room to get admitted and was in early labor. Still only 2cm but the contractions were increasing.

I wanted to try all natural but gave in around 5cm and got the epidural and was given pitocin to speed up the labor.

He broke my water at 2:45am on Saturday at 6cm and I got some sleep after that. I was leaking so much fluid even hours after having my water broken.

At 5:50am I started pushing. My epidural was wearing off on one side so they gave me my button to push for more.

At 5:55am, Elliott Alexander Smith was born.

Head full of hair and looked just like mommy.

Had a first degree tear and my placenta was hard to get out but we were all settled by 6am.
