Teething or something else .
I noticed yesterday her gums were swollen and red and she has been super fussy; however today she had a temp of 101.2 . She doesn't have any sick symptoms other than the swollen gums and super fussy. What is confusing is that I heard teething causes elevated temp , but online is saying teething doesn't give them a fever?? So idk what is going on , she doesn't have any other sick symptoms , but now I'm worried ?
