First appt bleeding

Hi have any of you started bleeding after your first OB appt. possibly because of the trans-vaginal ultrasound? I started to lightly with pinkish blood then when I went back to use the restroom it was regular like period blood then after that back to normal pinkish blood but VERY light. I called the OB office once I saw the pinkish blood the first time, said it was probably irritation. Then I saw the red blood about 30-1 hour later and couldn’t call because they were closed.

I should also mention that I do have a subchorionic hemorrhage.
