Am I out already this month ?

Had to have an emergency X-ray of my abdomen and now having to have surgery on my intestines 
I’m only 1dpo but does that mean I’m out this month 😭😭😭

Nothing has even happened at 1dpo. I don’t see why you think you’re out... x ray isn’t gonna prevent anything
