Can someone please help me whether or not I need to take a test or I should wait. I’m having cramps on my lower left side that travel to my lower back and disappear again, I’m nauseous in the afternoons and during some parts of the morning, there’s nights where I don’t sleep and others where I’m exhausted. I have also had 6 days of high fertility readings from an ovulation test. I also get hot flushes throughout the day.
