How to tell apart a tension headache and a migraine?

I’ve been having headaches everyday that usually come after getting very dizzy 🙁 it starts like the from if my forehead  and sometimes on the sides or just one side so I can’t tell if it’s a tension headache or a migraine

For me a tension headache is kind if right behind the eyes, a migrane feels like a tension headache but all over for me

For me a tension headache also means stiff neck and shoulder muscles, and my jaw too sometimes. 
I usually get some signs a migraine is coming. I’ll see an aura sometimes. My fingers, hand, or hand on one side will go numb before or after the aura or not at all. I’ve even had the numbness start in a leg and end in my tongue

Side note* If your having headaches everyday I would talk with your doctor. Because my friends mom had a stroke and she had had a headache for 10 days. Just wanted to let you know before it gets to bad!
