I’ve had mastitis now twice in the same boob and I guess a clogged duct in the other that I cannot get to unclog. Literally feels like a rock in my boob. Anyone have any thoughts? Ive done warm compresses, comb In shower, vibration, dangle pumping, massage... NOTHING works. I’ve finally accepted breastfeeding wasn’t working bc of mastitis and switched to 100% pumping and now this. I’ve been on a schedule and pump until nothing comes out or it’s extremely slow. Why can’t anything seem to go right with my boobs. Feeling like a failure 😞
