Nobody will ever pronounce that right. If you don't mind your kid having to spell and explain the name every single time, go ahead. 
As someone who has a surename which people can't pronounce or spell, I'd advise you not to though! It's so very annoying having to spell my name and correct people all the time. I don't even correct them anymore if they pronounce it right.

Yeah I said no way before I read that the name isn't THIGH REE and is on fact Theory. The spelling isnt right for how you want it pronounced and I actually thought of a thyroid issue. Theory is OK spelt the correct way though

No, but hear me out. I like Theory as a name.
But I can't see the Y making an EE sound in the middle of a word. THYRie does not say Th-eor to me, it reads thigh-ree or like thirsty. 
If you spelled it Thyorie, you'd be closer to the phonetic name, but at this point, might as well spell it Theory because Thyorie is a rocks throw from thyroid. You're going to have lots of trouble with spelling and pronunciation if you keep it as is, and having a kid who has to go through life with that might not appreciate it.
