So lately I’ve been having itchy vulva, extra extra discharge (yellow and it’s like cheese) and I feel like I pee myself.  So ivebeen taking AZO yeast infection pills. They sorta been working but everytime i have sex (protection) when I touch myself I smell metallic and it’s acidic sometimes. Idk I’ve added it for 2-3 weeks maybe more

Yep gal... cheesy discharge & an itchy vulva, that's a yeast infection right there. 
You could use antifungal cream and antifungal vaginal suppositories.
