Should I feel guilty?

So if you're in Texas you know how crazy the weather has been like we aren't used to it and I personally don't feel comfortable driving in it but feel so incredibly guilty when someone has to work for me. Like I work overnights usually but have a short day shift tomorrow. I only make 10/hr. And live 10 minutes away from work but I get nervous bc you know it's bad when the cdl schools closed for weather they literally never close and my husband's specific school hasn't closed in decades. We only have a tiny ford taurus.. idk what to do especially with the rolling blackouts idk my husband said that four hour shift isn't worth it and $10/hr isn't worth it but I feel soo guilty...
