Just wanted to know if anyone knows what this could be?, does it happen to you?.

Ever since I went off the pill over 2 years ago my periods have been super light but I get terrible cramps in the first 24 hours.

This month however... I got my period on time but it was only spotting.. if I put a tampon in, it would come out soaked but if I had a pad on it only had a few spots through the whole day.. my period also only lasted 3 days where it is usually 5 and no cramping whatsoever! But I did have some back pain.. it’s almost like my period was “stuck” up inside me..
