How to start tracking after an IUD removal??

Good morning everyone!
I'm new here, my name is Kristie, I'm 30 years old and we are trying for our first.
I had my IUD removed on the 10th of February. I haven't really had a period in the 4 years I've had this IUD. The last one that I had was on the 5th of May 2020. 
I'm not sure after having the Mirena IUD taken out if my cycle would be consistent with that of my last one, or is it normal for it to be completely different? 
I ordered some OPK tests but it will be a while before I get them. 
I'm not sure what else to do in the mean time for trying to track my cycle.
I've been reading up about CM, checked mine yesterday and today. Both days the same. Very faint, a few tiny spots of white kind of sticky. 
I know it's reccomended to wait until you get a period first.. But... might as well try, I just have no idea where to begin besides following my CM right now. I guess I should just have sex often in the mean time? 
Also, if you had the Mirena IUD, how long did it take for you to conceive?

I got mine out November and got a period December! My periods have been pretty regular since (which I was surprised!) I track with OPKs

It’s definitely frustrating. I had mine out on the 19th and tracked my symptoms from few days prior as my “ period” along with the spotting I had for the 5 days after removal. With my IUD I had headaches/PMS symptoms around 15th of every month. 3 days late for AF - currently nauseous, headache, irritable. But negative tests so maybe the start of my periods showing up?

I had the Mirena IUD for 5 years, my periods were all over the place. Once we were in the clear after two weeks of waiting and i got pregnant a month later. Because of my blood type being o negative i miscarried at 4 weeks. That was in OCT. ‘19 
After that i got Liletta IUD in 2020 and i just got it removed on the 2nd of this month. Idk how to track periods after either. I do have egg white CM it’s very light but it’s there, also we’ve been intimate since last week everyday & this week according to the app I’m ovulating and tomorrow is the my main ovulation day. So we shall see. I have some cramping but no period.
Everything that happened after the mirena removal is exactly them same now. So I’m hoping we conceive as easy as we did the 1st time with no complications.

I'm in basically the same boat as you, Kristie. Also 30 and TTC for the first time. Had Kyleena removed January 18th. I only had it for about a year and a half, but was on the pill for over 11 years prior to IUD. I pretty much stopped having periods with Kyleena and have yet to have one since removal (had spotting for a few days after but definitely not a period). I've just been trying to have sex every other day or every day since I didn't want to jump into tracking until I had a period. I try to track CM but it's tough. They say after a bowel movement is when you can see the most, but I swear after a BM it almost always looks like EWCM, like for days and days.

5 months to conceive after removal. got periods for 4 months but did skip a month completely. it can take up to a year for your cycle to regulate and do its things on its own
