When is the best time to perform an ovulation test

Obviously you perform this test during the ovulation window but when do you take the first test? Should a test be performed each day?

So I am on day 1 of my ovulation window but I don't see the point in wasting a ovulation test untill I'm at day 3. I am very new to all and don't really have a clue either! 😂🙈

I feel like I see conflicting information on this one too. I know first pee for pregnancy tests, but with ovulation I see first or early(ish) morning recommended. I am glad you asked because I am also not sure what to do.

I test 3xs a day btw 10am-10pm
