33w + 5 days

So on Valentines day I had a fever of 102.3⁰f and then I threw up, on top of that I was having bad cramps in my belly and my back and I was turning purple according to my husband, after throwing up everything I went to the hospital and went in to labor and delivery and found out that I was having contractions, I am a first time mom and didn't know what contractions were or what they felt like, the doctors did all kinds of tests and everything came back normal, they check my baby girl and she was fine as well but they couldn't understand why I was contacting so badly and why I was already dilating. Any moms out there have their babies this early and have a good experience? I'm just concerned for my baby, any advice is greatly appreciated thank you
