Beyond sad 😞

I was suppose to be starting IVF this cycle. My preconception testing results won’t be in on time so we have to wait a whole nother month. I’m so upset. After waiting over 3.5 years for a baby, waiting 6 months to have surgery which did nothing, being diagnosed with adenomyosis, exploring adoption options, deciding on ivf and waiting 3 months for the consult, waiting 1 month for my period to start again now I have to wait ANOTHER month because I had no idea the testing would take weeks for results 😔😩💔
