Sharp pain

So I woke up in the middle of the night and had super sharp stabbing plain where I couldn’t move in my lower right abdomen, I’ve also been super nauseous past week as well as haven’t pooped so I’m wondering is this just indigestion ? Or do you think it’s something more also this is suppose to be the start of my placebo week on bc
