Fitness Related! Workout schedules! HELP!

I want to start working out every morning and after work. All my workouts will be body weight workouts OR any home-related workouts. Equipments requirements are usually just yoga mat, medicine ball or dumbbells. No GYM. I want tone and lose a couple pounds.

Long story short, I make too much noises and everyone is still sleeping. Can’t do outside or in the living room. I live with other roommates.

So, will it still be OKAY and effective (somewhat) just doing my workout routines once a day anytime of the day?

Yes, I will be eating healthier and cleaner because diet plays a huge factor.
