Ok so ever since she started teething she started to get red cheeks and doctor said it was normal , she recommended I buy her waxelene and unscented baby aveeno. It's been working but lt seems like she got a heat rash last night and this morning when I changed her and put her creams on she started being fussy and she scratched her cheek . Now it's bleeding( as you can see on her pjs) and it looks horrible. What else can I use on her cheeks ? Could it be something other than heat rash , or teething ? Should I cover it or just let it be ?
