Anyone else dealing with a thrombosed hemorrhoid?

I’m in agony! I dealt with this during my second pregnancy and it was awful, and here we are again. What are you all doing that works? I’m doing warm baths, lidocaine cream, prescription hydrocortisone cream, dermablast. I’m exceeding the daily recommendation of fiber a day, drinking 100-120oz of water a day, taking colace 400mg daily. Please tell me I haven’t tried everything and y’all have some tips! 😭😭😭

Yes!  Didn’t even realise it until you posted this and I googled.  Just thought I suffered from external haemorrhoids but on further investigation they’re clearly thrombosed! 
They are so painful it’s untrue.  I find pain killers and ice packs take away a lot of my pain, but hate taking too many pain killers especially when I’m pregnant.  I’m also really susceptible to constipation so I work hard to keep my diet good and also eat quite a lot of prunes to keep things moving.
Wish I could use a magic wand and stop them altogether though.  There doesn’t seem to be any pattern around when they decide to appear.  All I’m hoping is that I have none when I go into labour.  I absolutely cannot imagine having to push against them (particularly as I’m planning an unmedicated water birth) 😬.
