Hi all! I’m a STM and looking for advice. I had blood taken yesterday so I’ll have the results back on this hopefully in the next few days but wanted to get some opinions.

I normally have low blood pressure. It’s been steady 100/60 this entire pregnancy. Over the last week or so I’ve felt a little different. My hands have been getting swollen and when I’m laying down sometimes I feel it in my face too it just feels like a lot of pressure/blood flow in my face. My vision has been doing some weird things recently too and seem to be really sensitive to light. And for the last week I’ve had this really weird stiffness in my neck. If I turn it one way or the other it seems hard and uncomfortable to move it back and my breathing seems to be a little more difficult again. I had an appointment yesterday and my blood pressure was 118/78. They said it’s still in the normal range but it’s high for me. I don’t know what to think.
