My husband and I have been trying to conceive for over a year now. We have two other children (4 and 2.5) and had easy, healthy pregnancies with them. Both of my kids were not planned so I naively assumed it would happen right away now that we were actually trying for a third.

I have a doctor appointment scheduled for next Friday and I was just curious as to what the protocal is since we already have two kids. Will it be the same? Will we be able to skip some tests? . . Just want to be as prepared as possible. Thanks!
