9 weeks and blood after sex and masturbation

Hello ladies,

My boyfriend and I had sex this weekend and this morning masturbated and after when I went pee there was a little blood on the paper. It was pink red and dark red but no cramping dr said this can be normal if no other abnormal symptoms occur. Has this happened to anyone else?
