So I was told by my obgyn that Tylenol extra strength is safe to take during pregnancy I’ve had a really bad headache since yesterday morning an I still had it this morning up an 12:30pm today... the Tylenol extra strength didn’t work at all... I didn’t know what else to do... so I took a Tylenol pm an after I took that my headache went away within 5 mins! Will the Tylenol pm harm my baby? I only took one
