Cold cuts/listeria risk?
So I would have Subway cravings often before I even got pregnant, & now that there’s a baby on board it feels like the perfect meal for my picky appetite. Problem is...I HATE getting the cold meats toasted!
How likely am I to get listeria from eating a cold deli sandwich (I’m almost 5 weeks) as long as I don’t eat them very often? I don’t wanna harm my baby, but I can’t tell if the risk is being exaggerated or if it’s really a concern. What do y’all think?
