How much water should I drink before my FET?

My clinic (and I would guess others do this too) will check your bladder when you get there and if it’s too full will let you pee some, and I’m sure you can always drink more if it’s not full enough. 
I wasn’t given super specific instructions, I just drank a glass or two about an hour before.

My clinic gave instructions that required me to empty my bladder exactly one hour before the procedure. Then I had to drink 64 oz of water within that hour. For both transfers, I never felt so bad that I was going to explode, but definitely full.

If you drink too much, they’ll just make you owe some out. If you drink too little, they’ll have to sit there while you drink more water 😂 drink til your bladder feels full, but not til you feel like you’re going to pee your pants.
