Love my hubby but wish he'd go back to work

I love my hubby but ever since my staples were taken out he's been useless at home. He took off 12 weeks (4.5 weeks into his time off) he isn't doing any house work or projects, very rarely makes food. Basically he plays on his phone and drives my daughter to and from school. He also keeps trying to get intimate and I'm not ready yet and he knows. He actually is getting in the way of me trying to do housework and taking care of the three kids. I don't know what to do and I really don't have anyone to complain to. Anyone else have a hubby who is not doing much to help around the house?
