It looks like it could be an indent tbh. I only see a line on the one that isn’t slightly red and it looks like the ones I have gotten. Try another brand!

I see it. If bleeding gets heavy enough to soak a pad in two hours go to ER otherwise just let your doctor know and keep monitoring it
