So I’m wondering if any of you ladies have ever gotten successfully pregnant shortly after a miscarriage?

I’ve read that women can become pregnant as soon as 2 weeks after a miscarriage but also have read that HcG can stay in the body up to 8-9 weeks post miscarriage, thus creating a false positive.

I miscarried a month ago, I was 4 weeks, that was my 3rd miscarriage in a row. My HcG went from 200s to 36 within 3 days when I miscarried. I would imagine with that significant of a drop in a few days that by now it would be down to 0 or really low.

I feel like I should have gotten my period by now and actually took a ovulation test first and it was negative then out of curiosity took a pregnancy test and it says it’s “positive”. But is it really?

So I’m curious to know if anyone got pregnant right after a miscarriage and before having another period? I’m thinking of waiting to hit up my OB to maybe see if the home tests eventually show negative over time. Thoughts?
