Pelvic pressure when pooping?

I’m 36 weeks oregnant and lately when I have to poop (I’m not even constipated) I feel so much pressure on my pelvis. Is this normal? Anyone feeling this as well?

Yes, I am constipated though. I started eating dates to help with cervical ripening and to give me more fiber. Yesterday I was going to the bathroom and actually almost felt like the urge to push the baby out which super freaked me out.

I feel this way too! I’m 34w 5d and I’ve noticed over the past week my stool has gotten really soft and every time I push just a little bit for a bowel movement I get horrible pains in my lower abdomen. I’m always holding onto the walls and breathing heavy. 😂 I feel like she’s thinking “mission abort go now!” Kind of thing. I’m not sure what it is though.
