What can I take for a sore throat while breastfeeding?

Google: Kellymom cold and allergies while breastfeeding. That should bring up the Cold and Allergy section at Kellymom.com. My OB recommend that website as a good resource while breastfeeding. Looks like pain meds such as tylenol and ibuprofen as well as most cough drops. There are a lot of "natural" remedies listed too.
