I’m a FTM and my son is just over 3 months old, born on 11/10. My parents still have not met him because they live out of state so I send them pictures to keep them updated on his growth. They never really call me or ask for pictures or how he’s doing. Without Facebook or what pictures I send them they’d probably not even know what he looks like. Yesterday I sent the attached photo (actually was a short 20 second video) to my dad. The music in the background was a song he and I sang together when I was little. It took him a whole day to comment on the video and all he said was we shouldn’t hold the baby up like that. That it’s bad for him. To me this sounds ridiculous. I can’t hold up my baby for 20 seconds and sing a song to him?? Am I wrong to be pissed off?
