This morning I woke up from a weird horrible dream, got up went to the bathroom and had bright red bleeding with 1 tiny clot. I’m not in the Er waiting on an ultrasound and so nervous I’ll be 7 weeks tomorrow I’m hoping for the best but feel so heartbroken. My husband can’t even be with me right now

Update so it’s a miscarriage they still see a sac and a higher Hcg level but I don’t believe it will be end in a viable pregnancy I have another ultrasound next week and they will check my HCG on Friday.
