Exercise suggestions
I am 5 weeks and 1 day of my first pregnancy. Very nervous and scared. I am also very obese, BMI over 40. Would like to eat healthy and incorporate some exercises as well to aid during pregnancy and also delivering. Please help suggest me some easy pregnancy workouts to not gain tons of weight and keep myself healthy in this 9 months. Thanks in advance 🙏🏻🙏🏻
