How many times are you breast feeding a day?

Ever since including solids, i Bf my 8 month old 4 times but the last one is a comfort nurse to bed. Am I screwing myself in terms of supply or does this seem right at this age?

I do about 5 times a day. One right in the morning when we wake up, one right after breakfast, one right around noon, one around after snack, one after dinner. So 3 solids and 5 times breastfeeding. But he still wakes up in the night so we may get a session at night

According to my huckleberry app I nurse my daughter 7+ times a day😂 I’m pretty sure a few of those are comfort nursing though.

We do four full nursing sessions a day and maybe 1-2 snack/comfort sessions a day. It seems to be a good balance for us now that she eats three meals of solids a day.
