Income taxes after marriage

I receny got engaged and wondering how much income taxes really.change after getting married. I just filed mine, Im.single and work part time. I claimed 2 of my children and getting around 11 grand back. I always hear once your married you get less back. Is this true? Anyone experience drastic change in taxes after marriage?
