WET VAGINA AND UNPLEASANT ODOR

Hello beautiful people, please I need your opinions. My vagina is always damp. Should it be a thing of concern to me? Sometimes I sweat down there so much that my panties get damp too and it gives off a weird odor. I had to start washing up in between days to get rid of the odor and wetness... has anyone noticed it before? Should I see the doctor?
