Has anyone here had ovarian cysts before, especially during pregnancy? I have been having sharp stabbing pains in my left lower stomach area, tons of cramping and some spotting, so I had an emergency ultrasound to rule out ectopic. The technician found the amniotic sac, but the yolk sac was hardly there because I'm not far enough along yet. No heartbeat yet either. Im 4+6 according to my LMP, but 5+2 according to ovulation. It's not an ectopic, thank goodness, but I do have cysts on my left ovary which is causing the pain. Picture of the amniotic sac.
