I just posted on another thread. First off there is no evidence that it causes any harm to baby. I asked my dr last time and I have a friend who’s a nurse who agrees. More harm to mom if she has taken too much and has the poops all day and dehydrates herself. Ask your dr do the research, midwives use it in their labor cocktail. 
I did it with my dr ok and had zero issues.

Try walking or using a yoga ball instead. Castor oil can be deadly. It’s not worth the risk!
