Sleeping schedule
How did you guys create a sleeping schedule. Is it hard or easy? My daughter is almost 5 months and I don’t even have her on one, she kind of has herself on one by herself, but lately she likes to sleep all day and goes to bed around 11 at night. I need help with getting her into a schedule.
