Which product is really effective? Conception Fertility Prenatal Vitamins by Eu Natural or Conceive Plus Women's Fertility Prenatal Vitamins?

I've not tried conceive plus but conception prenatals did not really work for me. 
I started taking zinc along with myo-inositol, I think that's helped the most.

I’ve been taking conception since October. It did cause me to have a period after taking it for a month but I haven’t had one without help since. I go to the doctor the end of March and plan to see if I should take a different one.
