My baby is 7 weeks old and is exclusively breastfeeding. How can I help him?

My doctor recommended burping him a lot more while nursing, and to give infant probiotics. I also do baby messages (clockwise and the I love you massage) and then bicycles.

You may also need to alter your diet. I have given up onions, excessively greasy foods, spicy foods, milk (drinking and in cereal, I still use it to make oatmeal, etc). It sucks, because I love onions and spicy foods, but gotta do what I gotta do.

Mylicon drops help us a lot. I also have a product called Happi Tummi which she likes a lot. Gripe water works for some but not very much for us. Bicycle their legs also to help the gas move.

Try doing a little crunch. Softly hold his legs to his stomach ( like a crunch exercise) and he should relieve some gas. That always got them out. Also make sure to burp. Mine liked on my lap and I gently held her chin and buuurpp! Check out some YouTube videos if you need a visual. Good luck
