Anyone else have constant panic attacks about your parents eventually dying?🥺🥺🥺

Yes I do ,I worry about my mom all the time ,my dad just died almost 5 months ago so I worry even more and my anxiety is up so bad.

Mostly about my loved ones who don’t take care of themselves properly in general. I had to disconnect largely and study the spiritual part of death and afterlife across many different beliefs systems for years admit helped. I feel the only way I could help was be an example and be there when and if the times comes sooner than it should.

Personally no, but I dated someone agoraphobic who did- he had panic attacks about his mom dying after his dad passed away & now he's extremely protective of his mom & can't go far from home.
Very sweet person, I liked him.
My panic attacks were brought back because of covid. I have pretty severe health anxiety due to chronic health issues through my life. I can honestly say, panic attacks do not make that better 🙃 but they sure keep me safe af from covid because I am literally too terrified to go anywhere, see anyone or do anything. 
Today I had a horrid panic attack because I drank a sip of something that had gone very bad. 
They wear me out. Like I have no idea if that drink will make me sick, but it genuinely could really mess me up. That's the problem, I have real health issues, but the anxiety about them can be absolutely debilitating sometimes too. Ugh.
I think the most effective thing for me is trying to accept the possibility of these bad things happening, and maybe if they did happen, I would find the strength to survive. 
And hey, I'm sure your parents would want to to find that strength too- you're probably a lot stronger than you realize. I mean loss is really scary, I get that, but unfortunately it's a fact of life, just like illness. 
But these things are so powerful, I think because they are so perpetually difficult to accept. 
The root of my fear being disability or lack of control, and yours being... (?) I don't know, you may have to think on what scares you about it, to know how to react to the fear.
