Implantation cramps?

Are cramps normal 8 days before period or is it implantation cramps? I only get cramps when starting my period ?

Answer

I often get cramps as early as 10 days before my period (some months), along with sore boobs. I dont think its considered “normal” to have them more than 2 days before your period, but its normal for me. Maybe get it checked if youre worried xx
