Hello everyone am in need of some advice

So i had my period back in December 15 and my next was supposed to be January 12 but it arrive late i guess you could say since it arrived on January 25 i took a test and came back negative then on February 12 i wiped and had some discharge like pinkish bright redish and since every time i wipe i see like old blood discharge its really light since its only when i wipe my undies don’t get stain so am wondering could it be implantation?? Could i be pregnant? Or what could this be? I read on line implantation bleedings can last max of 3 days but mine has been going on since February 12 so am not sure what do you gals think??

Update.!!

So i had my dr appointment back in February and test came back negative he didn’t do ultrasound because he didn’t see a point to it yesterday however i felt very dizzy and ended up passing out at the hospital they told me am 20 weeks pregnant?!!!! Has this ever happened to anyone??? All text came back negative including blood test yet ultrasound shows a baby of 20 weeks gestation this is crazy doctors couldn’t find an explanation to it am getting more tests done this upcoming week
