Is soy sauce safe ?

Currently coming up to 30weeks pregnant. Craving stir fry but am not sure if I can add soy sauce?TIA 💖

I dont see why not if you get the low sodium kind

Soy I heard can prevent you from getting pregnant bc of the estrogen but I don’t think that’d be a concern if you’re already pregnant? If your doctor hasn’t mentioned anything about soy then just put some but don’t overdo it

I eat it 🤷‍♀️ I had it all through my pregnancy with my first son too. He was born chunky and healthy 🙊
