How long did you take unisom?

For those of you that took unisom during pregnancy, how long did you take it for? I’m 26 weeks and still taking it consistently for sleep. I still occasionally have nausea too so I’m afraid to stop taking it. I’m also afraid I will never sleep once I stop lol. What were your experiences?

I’m 22 weeks today and still take it daily with b6. I don’t feel it helps me sleep anymore but I tried stopping for a couple of days and felt nauseous so I went back to it.

I took it my whole pregnancy and then stopped after I had my baby and had to be up in the night with her. That seemed to be the easiest way to transition off it.
