Symptoms come and go? 7 weeks

Question

This is my first pregnancy and I am so anxious! I am officially 7 weeks and I feel like my symptoms are not as strong? I still feel fatigued but my boobs have stopped hurting and I don’t feel as sick. 
I know the symptoms can come and go but I am the worst at over analysing everything! 
We don’t have scans in the uk until 12 weeks and this feels like forever to know everything is ok! 
Anyone else feeling the same?

I am at 7 weeks as well and this is happening to me. It freaked me out so bad I called my doctor and he ordered me 2 HCG blood draws 3 days apart to check. My levels were good and rising well, thankfully! I had some spotting shortly after so I had a scan today and baby is right on track with a good heartbeat. So missing symptoms doesn’t always mean something is wrong! :)

I have one daughter a miscarriage after and now pregnant again.  Im in the same boat scared of everything! Lol. I was nauseous and had heartburn then it stopped but im still exhausted by 2 and my boobs hurt and i think nope not enough symptoms lol. But i think back to my first pregnancy and i didnt have many then either. I puked twice and was only nauseous a couple times and even then nothing to serious to knock me off my feet. I think it just depends on you so try not to worry. And i know easier said then done but try to enjoy every minute until an actual doctor looks u in the eyes and says sorry something is wrong!

Yup! I’m the same way! Last week I was super tired and nausea and this week I feel so good! I’m taking advantage of the days I feel good because I know they won’t last!
