Spotting again 😩

So i had some spotting around 6 or 7 weeks went to my obgyn said all was fine baby looked good. Well last night I started spotting some more same color as before light tan/brown maybe a hint of pink to it very light but a tad heavier then the last time I’ve also been having some cramps on and off. I’m waiting for my obgyn to open so I can call and get in for a ultrasound I’m 10 weeks 2 days. I’m so nervous pray everything is okay and baby is healthy please! 🙏🏻😓
