Trouble sleeping
Anyone else having trouble sleeping? I’m 7 weeks and I cannot fall asleep at night. It doesn’t start out because my mind is racing but I end up that way just because I can’t fall asleep. I also sometimes end up with restless legs because I’m tossing 😔 Just seeing if there’s anything anyone does to help sleep.
