How to manage emotions
Hey ladies, I was just looking for some advice on how you all manage stress/ hormones throughout pregnancy. In general I can be an emotional person and being that I’m pregnant it definitely can be worse. Lately I have been giving my partner attitude or just added stress just due to my emotional roller coaster. Lately he has been struggling sometimes with how my emotions have been towards him. I’m trying to focus on other things and not stress out about how I’ve been putting so much added on him but it’s hard when I think about it I just want to cry. Not only that but I do work two jobs so I know sometimes I come home exhausted and maybe even upset about how my day went. I dont know what to do to help with this. I hate feeling like I’m hurting our relationship or being the reason he isn’t happy.
